I ordered my hitch here because of all the great reviews. When my hitch shipped, I ended up getting a lazy UPS driver who sent the package back instead of delivering it. I called and spoke with April and Tara. They reshipped my order the same day (without receiving the original shipment). The even expedited the shipment at no charge. I called a local shop to see what they wanted to purchase and install a front hitch on my truck. They told me the hitch alone was around 250 some dollars and that the intsllation was 60 I told them I would think it over I went to there web site saw they used curtI then went to your web site and save a bunch of money, so I ordered a front hitch for my 96 f350 hitch #31311. Fast delivery was nice. Well it should have been no drill, it was not I had to have four holes drilled out. I got lucky and found a shop that did the drilling for really cheap. After that the rest is history the hitch installed fast and easy. I did not time the install but it was a snap. Oh by the way customer service was very helpful just need to add that on some trucks for this hitch you need to enlarge four holes. really happy that I saved money and that I will be able to bring the generator when I go on long trips with out it going into the camper.
