I ordered a Class V hitch for my Cad Escalade. I was amazed when it was delivered 1.5 days later. Removal of the old hitch took one hour. Install of the new hitch was thirty minutes, just as they estimated. And I did it while working alone. Bottom line: Great price, Excellent service & great product.
