Turns out I ordered the wrong hitch for my daughter's vechile. She has a 99 which I had thought was an 91. Immediately got online chat to resolve theissue. April, your customer service rep online, gave me an 800 number. The CSR at the 800 number listened to my story, confirmed the correct model #needed, took the transaction over the phone, and set me up to exchange for the right hitch. An hour later I am in Acworth, GA installing my new hitch. The reps there, Ryan and an associate, were courteous, professional,and prompt! Cannot tell you how pleased I am with the service that I have received. If you ever wonder why you may still be in business while everyone else islooking for work it is because, in my opinion, you have customer satisfaction nailed down. Everyone talks about it but few know how to! So thanks to such a great team effort by all of you! I will be spending quite some time bragging to everyone I know about The Hitchstore! I would recommend these reciever hitches to anyone. The installation went without any problems in less than one hour.This also included the wireing package.All holes lined up perfectly and the wireing snapped together with ease. All bolts and hardware were include. My next hitch will definatley come from the HITCH STORE.
