Ball mount too low
Hitch arrived very quickly, and the instructions were very clear. I installed the electrical in almost no time. The hitch took a bit longer, because the nuts in my frame were very dirty. My only problem is that the ball mount that came with this system is too low for my Matrix - it scrapes the ground as I come out of driveways. I would recommend getting a flat ball mount instead of the stock one if this is the car you are going to install this hitch on.
