Quality Products I ordered the hitch, sleeve and ball for my Nissan Titan on Tuesday, they were delivered on Friday.
However it appears that during the UPS handling the shipping box was dropped bending the side flange of the hitch about 1 1/2 inch out of line. This damage made the installation a lot more difficult but not impossible actually taking only about 45 minutes to complete.
Overall the products are first class and well built. The next time I or a friend needs hitch products I will highly recommend The Hitch Store.

Great Customer Service I had questions on the fit of a hitch to a dual exhaust application. They quickly got me in touch with tech support to assure it would fit; then they chaged the website! right away to add the dual exhaust application to the technical information.
