Fantastic Customer Service and Shipping Large companies could take a lesson from The Hitch Store when it comes to customer service. First of all, shipping was extremely fast. Ordered on a Wednesday, and received on Friday. I noticed the order was missing a couple of pieces and I called to see if another box was on its way. April was super helpful and no questions asked shipped out the missing pieces. She was patient and helpful and it was greatly appreciated. Will definitely buy from again!!! -Scott Vlna ( )
