	I recoment this store to all I am very satisfied with the hitch I bought. I live in Canada. The hitch was delivered the next day, from the Canadian warehouse (so no extra fee). This next day delivery was the "basic free UPS" delivery. Delivery happened the day were Canada post went on strike. UPS still do a good job. Hitch quality is good also. The welds and paint on the hitch look like it better quality that the car it goes on. Installation took ~50 minutes, a little more than the 30 listed for DIY. The bolt were hard to screw in place because the car had anti-rust treatment. The nuts are welded in the car, and treads were full of of anti-run 'glue'. Would have been done in 20 if there the bolt were easier to place in. Patrick Lavallee Canada
	IT'S AMAZING HOW THEY DO IT It amazes me how fast "The Hitch Store" ships products out. I've bought several items in the last year from them and each time the ordered item is delivered with a day or so from the initial order. They must have a great distribution system working for them. Only once did I have a problem (my fault) with an item but their Customer Service is the best you'll experience (maybe for any "E" retailer). I like their web page because I always find what I want.
