Wow!!! I called and spoke with April on Monday,Aug.17 and placed an order for a hitch. April was very nice and pleasant to talk to. She answered all my questions,took my info and told me the hitch would ship out that afternoon. To my surprise and amazement,UPS delivered my hitch the very next day just like she said it would. I installed the hitch this morning in about ten minutes with no trouble whatsoever. I could not find a hitch locally for the price I paid from your store. I even give your website to people looking for an affordable product. Two day shipping from Kentucky no additional shipping charges necessary! (local sources needed 10 days to two weeks for a "special order") and if that were not enough, I ordered the wrong hitch for a Volkswagen Golf (manufacturers mid-year model change to 1999 1/2), and the exchange was made over the phone no hassles and the people I talked to were extremely nice and helpful! what a concept, doing business with a company that actually wants my business, is genuinely concerned with getting the order right and were pleasant and helpful. Total call time under 10 minutes and problem solved, thank you everyone. I would buy another car in need of a hitch just so I could do business with these people again, and again and again.
