new hitch I called The HitchStore a very polite gentleman answered stated his name wa John.I told him I needed a reciever hitch for my 2005 Suzuki Verona he promply checked got it.I gave him my informaion and he asked if there was anything else he could help me with.He stated the order would go that evening.Ordered Monday May 11TH hitch was on my front porch Thursday May 14Th before lunch.Great deal Fast shipping and I give John a thumbs up great to work with.Great Salesman ship.

Customer Service Customer service is superior! I ordered the incorrect Ball Mount (my mistake). It arrived very quickly. When I realized that I had ordered the wrong size I called April at "The Hitch Store". She sent me the correct mount that day at no extra cost.
