Excellent After reviewing their website, which is very informative and well laid out. I called and placed my order with John, who answered all my questions. My order was placed on Monday at 10:30 am and recieved on Wedensday at 10:50 am. The quality of the hitch and all related parts was just what I expected. The installation was a breeze. Great service I needed a hitch to tow my motorcycle with me on vacation. I ordered the hitch for my minivan. It showed up right when they said it should in great condition. Followed the instructions it only took 10 mins to install. It helps to have air tools, but I'm sure it would have taken less then half an hour to install.
