Excellent service! I purchased a Curt hitch for my Mercedes E500. I was concerned about the fitment, so I called the telephone number on the website to make sure I was purchasing the right hitch for my application. I was amazed that a real person actually answered the phone. Many websites make it difficult to actually speak to someone, but The Hitch Store lists their telephone number at the top of their website in large bold numbers! They were very knowledgeable, and my hitch arrived in just 3 days! The package contained all required fasteners as well as detailed instructions. While I have not yet attempted to put the hitch on my car, so far I am completely impressed. The hitch arrived at my door less than 24 hours after ordering. Unheard of service. Thank you for taking care of customer service. I will let you know how the install goes.
