My husband and I ordered our hitch and Tuesday and had the hitch Thursday evening. Although we would have it in the morning, but I had to call UPS and explain where we were(it was a new address).

I just wanted to tell you thanks for the prompt delivery of my hitch. I had ordered a hitch from another website which claimed they shipped within 48 hours, but after waiting a week and several phone calls later it still had not even left thier dock. I cancelled the order and placed my order with The Hitch Store. You processed my order and shipped it the same day. I received my order a few days later (the only reason for the delay was it was a holiday weekend). I look forward to installing it and putting it to use. Thanks for the great service.
