Just got off the phone with April. She is very, very good. She answered your customer service phone today, Saturday. She very politely told me it was 'after hours', but without taking a breath, she asked me if I had any questions.... Excellent. I wasn't sure when I called if I was going to buy from you. But after she took the time to: (a) clarify shipping, (b) tell me the needed items to buy to splice into my Volvo's electrical, and (c) tell me where I could see the ball hitch item #, all on a Saturday, I am buying from you. Sold.

When I ordered my hitch I initially ordered the wrong size. I called and explained my error and the hitch that I needed. April assisted me and sent out the hitch I needed the same day. Although it was my error they were very easy to work with and made it very easy to swap out the hitches and get what I needed. Thanks April!
