Hitch was a perfect fit on my 2000 F-150. Looks good and you can feel the quality. My favorite website feature is the display photo (I have found) is almost if not always the hitch you get instead of "Hitch may differ from pictured item." I love seeing what I can expect to install. Just got off the phone with April. She is very, very good. She answered your customer service phone today, Saturday. She very politely told me it was 'after hours', but without taking a breath, she asked me if I had any questions.... Excellent. I wasn't sure when I called if I was going to buy from you. But after she took the time to: (a) clarify shipping, (b) tell me the needed items to buy to splice into my Volvo's electrical, and (c) tell me where I could see the ball hitch item #, all on a Saturday, I am buying from you. Sold.
