After U Haul tried ripping me off I contacted The Hitch Store whose fantastic customer service guided me through ordering exactly what I wanted. To my surprise it was delivered (free of chrage) the next day! I am a petite 5'5" female who actually just installed it herself:-) I will have someone make sure it it is tight. I give everything about this company a double thumbs up! Customer service, product, delivery time, ease of instructions, everything exceded my expectations. Thank you, you guys are the best.

Ordered a hitch for my 2007 Chevy Impala recieved it in two days installed it the next day . Very simple straightforward install nice product .
