Really? That fast?! I used to be an etrailer.com customer, but The Hitch Store has won me over and I will always be using them first! I ordered a hitch for my 2008 Tundra and it was shipped about 3 hours later. Find me faster shipping! They were friendly and more than willing to answer any questions I had pre-purchase. April is a rockstar and answers any questions you may have! I haven't gotten the hitch yet, but I know it won't be tough to install (I've done a few of these before). Mr. I had a very small time window to get a hitch installed for relocation with my motorcycle. I had less than 1 week to get all the major items ready for move, including trailer purchase.
After talking over the requirements for my Audi A6 2.7T, I placed my order on Tuesday with overnight shipping. I communicated how tight the timeline was and to control the risk, the HitchStore team literally walked my order over to the warehouse and called me back to confirm the overnight shipment.
The next day at 11am I received my new “Curt” hitch. I was able to get my car in the shop that afternoon. Thursday, with my bike in tow, I headed off to Rochester!
