Super customer service ! I called about a specific hitch drop that I needed and it was nice to get the answer right off . I ordered it on Monday and received it Tuesday afternoon by UPS .

I ordered a Curt hitch and wiring harness for my Jeep Wrangler. Ordered on a Monday, received it on Wednesday. It was a perfect fit and way cheaper than any other after market hitch, forget the manufacturer. Took longer to find my phillips head screw driver than it did to install the wiring harness. Overall GREAT experience!! First, I had a question about shipping, so I phoned customer service- a REAL person picked up on the third ring and answered my question accurately (shipping is free when you spend $150+). I made the purchase (on 5/6/10) and, having selected the "free" ground shipping, expected my package to arrive in a week or so... I got it today (5/7/10). How they were able to get it to me so quickly, I have no clue. All I can say is I am impressed with the service and quality of product I purchased! Thank you, Hitch Store!
