After reviewing their website, which is very informative and well laid out. I called and placed my order with John, who answered all my questions. My order was placed on Monday at 10:30 am and recieved on Wedensday at 10:50 am. The quality of the hitch and all related parts was just what I expected. The installation was a breeze. If you are looking for a hitch and are handy with tools these folks are the answer.

The shipping time was simply amazing! Ordered mid afternoon and product was on the truck for delivery (UPS) the NEXT MORNING!Amazing!
