I recently ordered a hitch for my Dakota. The rep. I talked to was very knowledgeable,polite, and the service was prompt. After buying a hitch from another company that was "multi-fit",what a piece of junk! I returned it and ordered a hitch from The Hitch Store.Kudos to your co. and Curt Manufacturing! I wish I coould weld like that-perfect!! It fit like a glove and was very easy to instal. I'm impressed.

A company is no better than the people who work there. The Hitch Store has a real winner with April. I called a placed an order on Wednesday, March 17, and had the hitch, rails and installation kit by mid afternoon on Friday, March 19. April was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. April, thanks again for your help, you went above and beyond the call of duty to help me meet a deadline.

Just a quick review, I ordered the Curt hitch for our 2007 Prius and it arrived in less than 48 hours!!! FREE SHIPPING and very fast! TheHitchStore.com was the best deal, all around. The Curt Hitch was as easy to install as claimed, less than an hour and I'm in no way mechanically inclined. Didn't have to jack up the Prius or anything and I'm a BIG guy. The toughest/vague-est part is cutting the plastic underbody fascia, and that was simple. The hitch works great with our touring bikes. I'm back here because I forgot to order the hitch lock and expect it to be a better fit than the Master brand lock I've been improvising with.
