Mr. Wow!!! I called and spoke with April on Monday,Aug.17 and placed an order for a hitch. April was very nice and pleasant to talk to. She answered all my questions,took my info and told me the hitch would ship out that afternoon. To my surprise and amazement,UPS delivered my hitch the very next day just like she said it would.
