I ordered my Class II hitch assembly on May 11th and it was at my door in 3 days! I just installed it and with the easy to follow directions it was a snap. It does take 2 people to install only because the other pair of hands help to align the hitch with your existing bolt holes. I installed it on a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country with Stow and Go. It looks like a custom fit right from the assembly line. Thanks for the great service Hitch Store!

I want to thank April for her help. My hitch arrived yesterday and I was able to install it myself today in the driveway. Took less than an hour with no major problems or injuries- much to the amazement of my wife!
