I purchased a hitch system from The Hitch Store. April promised it wouldshowed up in two-three days. It was delivered Friday late in the afternoon.When I opened the packaging I realized the shipper had damaged the packageand the shank was missing from the package. This was saturday morning. I called the hitch store not expecting anything but voice mail. April answered the phone and assured me that the missing part would be next day shipped to me. I was so impressed that I ordered another item! Tuesday morning, as promised everything showed up.Wednesday morning April called to check and make sure everything arrived. Need less to say, if I need any hitch related items i'm calling The HitchStore. Thank again April
