I ordered a trailer hitch for my 2002 Lincoln Continental, it was the best price I could find on the internet but also came with a ball mount and free shipping. It arrived in a timely manner, I installed it on my car and all was fine except the BALL MOUNT would not fit. I called and talked to JOHN at the Hitch Store and he overnighted me the right ball mount without any out of pocket money on my part. I ordered a hitch for my 2008 Volvo XC70 last week. It arrived in one day, installation was a breeze and the look is professional. Thanks for a wonderful experience! One suggestion: add a note to the installation instructions reinforcing that the hitch protrudes BELOW the fascia and therefore should not be cut at the factory cutout. I figured it out eventually by looking closely at the diagram but this extra detail would've helped me and might prevent someone from making a costly mistake.
