April was very helpful I called the hitch store this morning to add a hitch lock to my previous order of a bike rack and hitch. I spoke with April who was really helpful and patient with all my questions. Great people to deal with The service is the best. The bike rack I ordered did not work right. Hitch store took it back and GAVE me the next best hitch worth, more money,with NO CHARGE, without me asking. Is that service or what! I will and have bought other items from them. They are the BEST.
