Unbelievably Great Service
Saturday morning 12/15 I’d placed an order for a new class IV hitch; however, I’d forgotten to order a flat plug attachment #55359 when placing the order. I called to add it to the hitch order only to reach Voicemail. I then realized it was now the afternoon and they were likely closed, Duh, a brain dead Yankee here!
I called them Monday morning 12/17 and explained my situation, a wonderfully congenial lady, Tara (I believe) helped me. She was able to add the item to my order and save me cost of shipping. .She’s a great asset to your staff, do whatever you need, not to lose her!
Both items are to be shipped Monday and were received the following Wednesday. Given holiday shipping, I think that’s amazing turn around.
The installation, including the wiring harness, went without a hitch (pun intended) and took about an hour. What a piece of cake!
I can’t say enough about how well I was treated and the efficiency with which the entire operation seems to work. I’ve received service from others online, some I thought was pretty good, but it dims by comparison
