Great service and product While in Glendale, AZ. I needed a trailer hitch for my return trip to IN. I ordered the hitch late Thursday PM and received the hitch the following Monday afternoon. April I was reviewing web sites and contacting their customer service department to assist in answering questions about a purchase that I was looking to make regarding a trailer hitch for my vehicle. Most companies representatives were not fourth coming with all the costs associated unless asked specifically. However, when I called your company after reviewing your web site April answered my call and was very pleasant and helpful in answering my questions fully without any hidden agenda's. She was also able to complete the transaction for sale of a complete trailer hitch package in a matter of moments and ended two weeks of searching, calling and frustrations.
