most helpful I purchased a hitch from April and she was very helpful!! I did not have a tow package on my Jeep so I wasnt sure of everthing that I needed. Someone told me all I needed was just the plug in t-connector and she was able to tell me that I actually needed the harness as well. I wouldnt of had all the necessary stuff if she would have asked me all the right questions! She was great! She was so great that I called her the next day and ordered another from her for my parents vehicle. I will definately let everyone I know about the hitch store and who to ask for. Best Products and Best Customer Service I purchased a Curt Class III hitch for my Ford Escape Hybrid. Not only is the Curt hitch an extremely well constructed hitch, the painted finish is better than OEM. The hitch was as easy to install as claimed on the Hitch Store website. The Hitch Store has top-flight customer service that started with very helpful advice during the purchase and superior assistance on follow up questions. I have seen many Escapes with after market hitches from companies like Draw Tight and Hidden Hitch. The Curt hitch is far superior in construction, fit, and finish. There is simply no comparison; the competition isn't even a close second. When mounted, the receiver is about the only thing you see with the Curt hitch. This is not true for Draw Tight and Hidden Hitch where you see a lot of "pipe" with a lousy paint job under the vehicle.
