Mr. Wow!!! I called and spoke with April on Monday,Aug.17 and placed an order for a hitch. April was very nice and pleasant to talk to. She answered all my questions,took my info and told me the hitch would ship out that afternoon. To my surprise and amazement,UPS delivered my hitch the very next day just like she said it would. I installed the hitch this morning in about ten minutes with no trouble whatsoever. I could not find a hitch locally for the price I paid from your store. I even give your website to people looking for an affordable product. I want to thank you for such great service and if any of April's bosses read this,you need to give that girl a big RAISE for being so cheerful and helpful. Thanks again,

Thank You April, I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for all of your help in my purchase of the trailer hitch for my 2010 Equinox. As a sales OEM Account Manager myself, the one way a company can differentiate itself from others is with customer service. My belief is that you have done that well.
