Best Products and Best Customer Service I purchased a Curt Class III hitch for my Ford Escape Hybrid. Not only is the Curt hitch an extremely well constructed hitch, the painted finish is better than OEM. The hitch was as easy to install as claimed on the Hitch Store website. The Hitch Store has top-flight customer service that started with very helpful advice during the purchase and superior assistance on follow up questions. I have seen many Escapes with after market hitches from companies like Draw Tight and Hidden Hitch. The Curt hitch is far superior in construction, fit, and finish. There is simply no comparison; the competition isn't even a close second. When mounted, the receiver is about the only thing you see with the Curt hitch. This is not true for Draw Tight and Hidden Hitch where you see a lot of "pipe" with a lousy paint job under the vehicle. Far Exceeded Expectations I ordered my hitch and cargo carrier on Memorial Day, received it on Friday, just in time for the weekend to install it and build the cargo carrier.
Instructions were easy to follow. Within 10 minutes my son and I had the hitch installed, and another 30 minutes later had the cargo carrier put together.
We just returned from a long week in Yellowstone, and will say we could not have made it without both of these items. When we traded in my wife's mini van in February, we did not think about our family trips, and the space we were losing in doing so.
These additions will be used many times this year, pricing was very competative, quality is wonderful, shipping and order accuracy was on target.
In the next couple of months, when I buy a hitch for my wife's car, this will be the place I return to.
