I called the hitch store this morning to add a hitch lock to my previous order of a bike rack and hitch. I spoke with April who was really helpful and patient with all my questions. She not only helped me with choosing the right lock but also took the shipping off.instead of combining another order.thanks April..I look forward to having a good experience with the Hitch Store.

I ordered a Curt hitch for my 09 Tundra. It arrived on the second business day. Outstanding. I put it on myself which took about 45 min. No problems other than when I first bolted it to the frame with the vertical facing bolts, I tightened them. Well, I had to go back and loosen them up so when I put the horizontal bolts in the outside of the hitch would snug up against the frame. When you first put it up there is probably a 1/4 inch or more gap between the hitch and the frame, but it snugs up real nice once you tighten up the horizontal bolts.

Bought a equalizer from John . He was very knowledgigle in his field knew exactly what I wanted. It was good to talk to someone wgo knew his stuff. Thanks ! Larry B.
