While I have not yet attempted to put the hitch on my car, so far I am completely impressed. The hitch arrived at my door less than 24 hours after ordering. Unheard of service. Thank you for taking care of customer service. I will let you know how the install goes.

I have just purchased your Curt Class II Trailer Hitch (from April at TheHitchStore.com) for my 2001 Volvo C70 Convertible. It was delivered in two days; the hitch fitted like a glove; and installed in no more than 20 minutes (by a friend at his auto shop). I had recently purchased a hitch and bike rack. The hitch worked fine but the bike rack fell just a little low. It did carry the bike fine after the wheels were removed. I contacted April in customer service and asked to exchange the rack for another that my friend had purchased recently. April was ver helpful and agreed to switch the hitch at no cost to ship or return. I have recommended other who have made purchase already.
