hitch exhange and shipping Two day shipping from Kentucky no additional shipping charges necessary! (local sources needed 10 days to two weeks for a "special order") and if that were not enough, I ordered the wrong hitch for a Volkswagen Golf (manufacturers mid-year model change to 1999 1/2), and the exchange was made over the phone no hassles and the people I talked to were extremely nice and helpful! what a concept, doing business with a company that actually wants my business, is genuinely concerned with getting the order right and were pleasant and helpful.
