I had recently purchased a hitch and bike rack. The hitch worked fine but the bike rack fell just a little low. It did carry the bike fine after the wheels were removed. I contacted April in customer service and asked to exchange the rack for another that my friend had purchased recently. April was ver helpful and agreed to switch the hitch at no cost to ship or return. I have recommended other who have made purchase already. I purchased the Curt Hitch (13529) with T-Connector (55530). It was shipped very fast, I ordered on 3-2-2010 after 8pm with April and recieved it on 3-4-2010 with the free shipping service. The installation of both was very easy. There are good videos online if you have any trouble getting the bolts to line up. Overall extremely happy with the hitch and The Hitch Store.
