Have read many reviews an this site before buying and was amazed at what I read. I just got my 2010 Equinox. Ordered the hitch, and a couple of days UPS was at the door. Order was correct, but mostly the price was right. Like many have said, I did my homework and called around and no local shop or auto parts outlet can even come close. If you are the least bit handy installing one, on the most part, is easy. Mine had 6 bolts, no cutting, drilling, anything. When you save close to 50% from those around you its worth the effort. Bravo, keep up the good work. All the positive feedbacks means you are doing something right.

I just had a great online conversation with Tara, she was extremely helpful and pleasant. Her answers to my questions came immediately. Saying all of this it makes me comfortable to order online...
