I had a very small time window to get a hitch installed for relocation with my motorcycle. I had less than 1 week to get all the major items ready for move, including trailer purchase. After talking over the requirements for my Audi A6 2.7T, I placed my order on Tuesday with overnight shipping. I communicated how tight the timeline was and to control the risk, the HitchStore team literally walked my order over to the warehouse and called me back to confirm the overnight shipment. The next day at 11am I received my new “Curt” hitch. I was able to get my car in the shop that afternoon. Thursday, with my bike in tow, I headed off to Rochester! Chyrsler Pacifica
I purchased the Curt Hitch (13529) with T-Connector (55530). It was shipped very fast, I ordered on 3-2-2010 after 8pm with April and recieved it on 3-4-2010 with the free shipping service. The installation of both was very easy. There are good videos online if you have any trouble getting the bolts to line up. Overall extremely happy with the hitch and The Hitch Store.
