Just a quick review, I ordered the Curt hitch for our 2007 Prius and it arrived in less than 48 hours!!! FREE SHIPPING and very fast! TheHitchStore.com was the best deal, all around. The Curt Hitch was as easy to install as claimed, less than an hour and I'm in no way mechanically inclined. Didn't have to jack up the Prius or anything and I'm a BIG guy. The toughest/vague-est part is cutting the plastic underbody fascia, and that was simple. The hitch works great with our touring bikes. I'm back here because I forgot to order the hitch lock and expect it to be a better fit than the Master brand lock I've been improvising with. WOW! That was fast! I ordered on Tuesday and the hitch was delivered on Thursday. Installation was a little tricky to get past the exhaust system on the 2010 Hyundai Sante Fe but after 45 minutes from the time I walked into the garage it was done! Great product, great shipping response = satified customer. Now that I have found a good company the other guys at work are using my positive experience to order their trailer hitches from The Hitch Store. Thanks, Mike

Ordered a hitch for an 05' Honda Pilot Tuesday morning and it arrived Wednesday afternoon. Installed the hitch in my driveway by myself using a socket set and a torque wrench. Did not have pneumatic tools or a hydraulic lift. Took about 30 minutes. The hitch fit perfectly. Very solid product. Picture on the website does not do it justice. Overall, very impressed with product and service.
