Two weeks ago I ordered similar products from etrailer.com. Several unanswered emails later, I still had no product. To find out today that none of the items were in stock and would be a month before they would be. With no help other than them wanting me to spend more money, I cancelled my order. I found your website through Google. I called instaed of trying to find the products myself. April amswered and had me completely ready to go in under 5 minutes! She was AWESOME!You folks are great and will recommend you to my camping friends! Thank you! and kudos to April!
