I am a frequent online customer and have worked with many companies. I entered an online chat with April requesting some information about shipping and she was a great help. She was very pleasant to work with, extremely courteous and highly professional. She provided an EXCELLENT Customer experience. I ordered my hitch here because of all the great reviews. When my hitch shipped, I ended up getting a lazy UPS driver who sent the package back instead of delivering it. I called and spoke with April and Tara. They reshipped my order the same day (without receiving the original shipment). The even expedited the shipment at no charge.
