I ordered a hitch about 3:00 PM on 7/6/10 and it was sitting in my office lobby about 1:00 PM on the 7th. This was the free shipping, not the extra charge overnight delvery option. My truck is in the body shop, ready to paint and now we don't have to wait for the hitch. Great job by your staff.

Wow,talk about fast shipping! The installation was all of 15 mins. The quality of this hitch is second to none. I had the receiver cap come broken so I emailed customer service. I received a prompt email back stating a new cap would be shipped right away. Talk about customer service!!! They've got it all going on.
