WOW! That was fast! I ordered on Tuesday and the hitch was delivered on Thursday. Installation was a little tricky to get past the exhaust system on the 2010 Hyundai Sante Fe but after 45 minutes from the time I walked into the garage it was done! Great product, great shipping response = satified customer. Now that I have found a good company the other guys at work are using my positive experience to order their trailer hitches from The Hitch Store. Thanks, Mike
