I'm from the city, no experience at all with hitches. I used the live support and I can't tell you enough about how thorough and helpful the operator was (April). Peice by peice suggestions and instruction. I'll be putting my order in today!

With thanksgiving weekend coming up i was ordering my suzuki's hitch receiver, the free shippig was gonna bring my hitch 5 days later. The website chat lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. She arranged for my pickup at a warehouse 20 miles away and did so literally 60 min. later. Instalation was real easy took nothing but 30 min(because i was doin it alone). Wiring i will do tomorrow. But i am really grateful for their accomodation. Thank you

I was surprised by the precision engineering of the hitch......there was absolutely a perfect fit...no margin.....total confidence in the hitch.
