Better Than Expected
Overall GREAT experience!! First, I had a question about shipping, so I phoned customer service- a REAL person picked up on the third ring and answered my question accurately (shipping is free when you spend $150+). I made the purchase (on 5/6/10) and, having selected the "free" ground shipping, expected my package to arrive in a week or so... I got it today (5/7/10).
