I recently ordered a complete hitch package for my 2003 Dodge Dakota and spent a few minutes on the phone with Tara. I must say she could not have been more helpful, even sending me the wiring diagrams in order to select the most appropriate and checking to make absolutely sure that the hitch would fit my truck as it is a quad cab ( other web sites/ mfrs suggesting a different product because of it being a quad cab) I ordered my package online the following day and everything showed up at my doorstep the day after that! WOW!!! The hitch fit the truck perfectly and installed in 15 minutes. I still did manage to order the wrong wiring kit even with all of Tara's help ( bad mouse finger on my end) and they sent a new wiring package right away. I cannot say enough good things about the products or the customer service. I wish every one I dealt with was this GOOD!!

All I can say is WOW!! I ordered my hitch on Tuesday and it was delivered on Wednesday. And it's a great hitch. It only took 20 minutes to install and it works great. This has to be one of the best online shopping experiences ever for me.
