great service
hi! i order the hitch and the hitch package and on the way shipping, the box break open and the parts fell out of the box, the ups shipped me an empty box and i called and john(the hitch store) ship me another order with in the next day. that was a really great service. the hitch was easy to install and looks really nice on my 4runner. thanks for a great service, john! if you need a hitch for your ride, this is the place you want to buy/order it from.

Pick up at local distribution center
I was curious if I could order a hitch and pick up at one of the local distribution centers so I contacted the live help. April checked if it was in stock and once my order was processed she faxed over a confirmation so that I could pick up that day. Help was excellent

The Hitch Store is one of my best online purchase I have ever experienced. I order my parts on Tuesday and I got the UPS tracking on Wednesday. The parts was deliver on wednesday noon, this is unbelievable service even the parts is coming from different State.The parts was easy to install and the call center was very helpful to walk me through the installation process.
