Ball mount too low
Hitch arrived very quickly, and the instructions were very clear. I installed the electrical in almost no time. The hitch took a bit longer, because the nuts in my frame were very dirty. My only problem is that the ball mount that came with this system is too low for my Matrix - it scrapes the ground as I come out of driveways. I would recommend getting a flat ball mount instead of the stock one if this is the car you are going to install this hitch on.

Absolutely Perfect
This was by far the best cross border transaction I have ever made. From the awesome menu to help in figuring out which hitch would fit my vehicle to the ordering process, the purchase was flawless. I made a mistake on entering my shipping postal code but Jon was excellent at making that correction for me with no hassle. As we live in Canada, some purchases can be let's say 'difficult' when it comes to shipping. Not with the Hitch Store. While another company wanted to charge $180 to ship to us, the Hitch Store still offered FREE delivery... Wow. On top of that, we received our hitch within 2 days as it was shipped from within Canada... Incredible. Oh, the hitch itself is exactly as shown. I love the videos for installing and there were even newer instructions in the box than on the website. Myself and a friend (who has lots of tools) installed the hitch right in the driveway and took less than an hour (even with running back and forth for different socket sizes). The muffler is now rubbing on the hitch and making a rattling noise so I need to figure out something to fix that but I can't fault the Hitch Store for that :) Overall, would I purchase from the Hitch Store again? Heck, yes! The question is... why would I ever purchase from someone else when there is such a rock solid company offering this kind of service? Thank you Hitch Store!
