Great buy, great service Recently I bought a 2003 econoline van. I looked online for a trailer hitch and found the curt hitch listing at HitchStore.com.
I made the order at a 10% discounted price online. The hitch arrived within two days (amazing). It is extremely well designed and fabricated and installed with a little more effort than I expected, but still only took two hours of my labor. April is my favorite person in KY I was in a pinch and needed a hitch in 3 days. After looking at a few different web sites, calculating product costs w/ shipping costs; I found that TheHitchStore.com was my best chance at getting the hitch and accessories I needed in the time I needed them. After placing the order and speaking to April everything seemed to be on track for an early delivery. The next day was a different story, upon checking the tracking info I saw UPS and my package "went brown" (if you know what I mean). They had sent my order to the wrong address. Now with time running out, I made a call to April to see what had happened. After a bit of research April found that UPS had dropped the ball and made some mistakes that were gonna make it impossible for me to get my packages in time. Knowing that if I didn't get my hitch by Friday I would no longer need it, April "bent over backwards" to get another setup next day aired to my doorstep.
