Customer Service
Customer service is superior! I ordered the incorrect Ball Mount (my mistake). It arrived very quickly. When I realized that I had ordered the wrong size I called April at "The Hitch Store". She sent me the correct mount that day at no extra cost. It is AWESOME to deal with a reliable store!

Concerns... Leave them at the door and order!!
Being on an extremely short time frame, I contacted the Live Help Line. I was given the shipping information (which was free!) and that my hitch should arrive in two days, three at the most. It was ordered and two days later it was on my door step! The packaging was fantastic, no dings, no dents, a very sturdy box that was glued so that it wouldn't fall open by mistake. The hitch was immediately inspected and it too was packaged well. The instructions were very well put together. It took 30 minutes to get the hitch installed, it would have been shorter as the welded nuts on the SUV's frame had to be cleaned out. Everything lined up well. Should I need another hitch or any accessories, I know where I am shopping! If you're trying to make up your mind if you should do internet shopping with this company, lay any concerns at the door and shop away! A heartfelt thank you goes out to the people that make this company! Keep up the good work!

I just wanted to tell you thanks for the prompt delivery of my hitch. I had ordered a hitch from another website which claimed they shipped within 48 hours, but after waiting a week and several phone calls later it still had not even left thier dock. I cancelled the order and placed my order with The Hitch Store. You processed my order and shipped it the same day. I received my order a few days later (the only reason for the delay was it was a holiday weekend). I look forward to installing it and putting it to use. Thanks for the great service.
