Fantastic Customer Service and Shipping
Large companies could take a lesson from The Hitch Store when it comes to customer service. First of all, shipping was extremely fast. Ordered on a Wednesday, and received on Friday. I noticed the order was missing a couple of pieces and I called to see if another box was on its way. April was super helpful and no questions asked shipped out the missing pieces. She was patient and helpful and it was greatly appreciated. Will definitely buy from again!!!

Ordered a 2" hitch on Monday, and it was delivered by UPS on Tuesday. Vey quick delivery, and it was free!! Hitch looks great on the SUV. I took about 1hr to get it all installed. I will refer my friends to your web sight when they need a hitch. Thank You Hitch Store.
