I recently purchased a Curt folding shank cargo carrier basket that was scratched during shipment and missing some assembly parts. Nice! I just spent 30 minutes on someone else's website and phone with no result. 5 minutes with the Hitch Store, and the sale was wrapped up, the product shipping later today. Thanks April, and everyone else at Hitch.

I ordered the hitch, sleeve and ball for my Nissan Titan on Tuesday, they were delivered on Friday. However it appears that during the UPS handling the shipping box was dropped bending the side flange of the hitch about 1 1/2 inch out of line. This damage made the installation a lot more difficult but not impossible actually taking only about 45 minutes to complete. Overall the products are first class and well built. The next time I or a friend needs hitch products I will highly recommend The Hitch Store. Chuck.......Glendale, CA
