I ordered a trailer hitch for my 2002 Lincoln Continental, it was the best price I could find on the internet but also came with a ball mount and free shipping. It arrived in a timely manner, I installed it on my car and all was fine except the BALL MOUNT would not fit. I called and talked to JOHN at the Hitch Store and he overnighted me the right ball mount without any out of pocket money on my part. I am impressed beyond words at the excellent service I received from the Hitch Store. Rear Hitch on 2003 Dodge Van. First of all this is the 3rd hitch I have purchased form these great people. The hitch always fits great. For the ones that have pre drilled holes with bolts in them be careful to keep the bolts that come out. The bolts that came with my kit did not fit. No prob. I just used the ones that came out of the frame. These same bolts in this case also hold the bumper support.
