Great people to deal with The service is the best. The bike rack I ordered did not work right. Hitch store took it back and GAVE me the next best hitch worth, more money,with NO CHARGE, without me asking. Is that service or what! I will and have bought other items from them. They are the BEST. Great Hitch Jon,Thanks for the quick shipping. I received the hitch yesterday, (08-13-2008), and put it on this morning, very simple to install.
