Two day shipping from Kentucky no additional shipping charges necessary! (local sources needed 10 days to two weeks for a "special order") and if that were not enough, I ordered the wrong hitch for a Volkswagen Golf (manufacturers mid-year model change to 1999 1/2), and the exchange was made over the phone no hassles and the people I talked to were extremely nice and helpful! what a concept, doing business with a company that actually wants my business, is genuinely concerned with getting the order right and were pleasant and helpful. Total call time under 10 minutes and problem solved, thank you everyone. I would buy another car in need of a hitch just so I could do business with these people again, and again and again. The young lady who helped me was April and she was extremely helpfull and knowledgable in assisting me with my order which makes her a great asset to the company, I feel she desirves a pay raise and I will return to this store and be assisted by her in the future.
